Mark Sean Berkley, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on August 21st. He was a beloved son, husband, father, friend, and mentor. There are no words to convey how amazing Mark was. He was a self described serial entrepreneur, and mad scientist with his PhD from YouTube University. His love for his wife and children was only rivaled by his love for Judaism. He was a cultivator of people and ideas and touched so many lives. He is irreplaceable and will be missed forever.
His family would like to thank the community for all of the prayers, kindness, and support in this difficult time.

Sean died suddenly in
hissleep of an apparent heart
attack in the early morning
hours of August 21st. He
was born on a beautiful
sunny day in Montrose
Colorado to Mark Reid and
Loula Diane Berkley. Sean
was an outdoorsy kid growing up he loved fishing, motorcycles and of course race
cars! He played football at
GJHS. He loved helping people and joined the summit
county sheriff’s dept in 2005 working as a deputy until
2015. It was there that the family converted to Orthodox
Judaism. They were very happy and devout in their faith,
living the best life! The family moved to Steamboat
Springs and Sean joined the Hayden Police dept. Later
he began his Entreprenurial career starting Innovative Ag
Colorado recycling. Sean is survived by both his parents,
his wife Sophie, two sons, Mark Ari Berkley and Tobin
Sean Berkley his brothers Jeremy Matthew Berkley (Laura)
Boby Doyle Berkley (Ann). He will be dearly missed, the
grief is always compounded when parents have to bury
their children.
