Former Grand Junction resident, Claudette Kohls, 78, Phoenix, Arizona, died March 20, 2019, at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery in Phoenix. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the mortuary. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Green Acres Cemetery. She was a homemaker and seamstress. Survivors include her husband, Raymond; three sons, Rick of Mesa, Arizona, Brit of Aliso Viejo, California and Justin of Cave Creek, Arizona; one brother, Jim Moore of Phoenix; and four grandchildren.
