Billy W. West, 78, Paonia, died Nov. 18, 2018 at Colorow Care Center in Olathe. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta. Inurnment will follow at Mesa View Cemetery. Survivors include his ex-wife, Josie West, three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
