Robert Clark Faussone October 5, 1949 - November 10, 2018
Our family is broken hearted to announce that Robert Clark Faussone, 69, lifelong resident of Mesa County, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at the UC Health Center in Aurora, CO. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018, at Canyon View Vineyard Chapel in Grand Junction. Rob was born on October 5, 1949, in Grand Junction, CO, to Henry and Esther Faussone. He graduated from Grand Junction High School in 1967, then went on to complete his college education. Rob made a career in the construction industry before he later joined the Grand Junction Police Department. He proudly served the citizens of Grand Junction for over 30 years before retiring in 2017 as a Detective. In his retirement, Rob enjoyed working on the farm, spending time outdoors, camping in the mountains, and visiting the kids. Robert was preceded in death by his parents. The memory of Rob lives on through his wife, Janine; son, Tyson, Denver (Shannon); daughters, Cory Faussone, Windsor (Lori) and Lindsay Faussone, Denver (William "Biff"); sisters, Karen Faussone Moore, Grand Junction (Buzz) and Shari Faussone Flatt, Cave Creek, Arizona (Dave), and grandchildren, Vincenzo "Vinnie" Kuzma-Faussone and Vivian Brett-Faussone. As Rob loved little children and always wanted to help, memorial contributions in his honor may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, www.st.jude.org, or Wellspring of Life Church, 2538 I-70 Frontage Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505.
