Howard Brian Norwood, 61, Phoenix, Arizona, died July 8, 2018, in Phoenix. Services will be at 10 a.m. today, at Martin Mortuary. Graveside services will be at the New Elmwood Cemetery. He was a landscaper. Survivors include his parents, Thelma and Joe Barnes of Grand Junction; one brother, Keith of Denver; and one sister, Rhonda Martinez of Denver.
