Kathleen Tamara "Kat" DeWolfe
February 24, 1984 - September 5, 2015
Kathleen Tamara "Kat" DeWolfe, died at home on September 5, 2015, of complications arising from a prolonged illness due to her battle with alcohol addiction. She was 31.
Kat was born on February 24, 1984, in Amsterdam, NY and grew up in the Adirondacks, where she helped her parents in their family restaurant and spent many hours hiking, skiing, and riding horses. She moved to Grand Junction with her family in 1995, graduated from Grand Junction High School with honors, and finished her dental hygiene degree (also) with honors at CNCC in 2006. Her gentle spirit led her to vocation in health care as well as animal rescue. She loved gardening, playing piano, painting, and cooking for large gatherings.
Kat was the beloved daughter of Barry and Carole DeWolfe of
Grand Junction, CO. She is also survived by her fiance, Patrick
Denham, Grand Junction, CO; sister, Sierra (Derek) Conlon,
Grand Junction, CO; seven aunts one uncle, and eight cousins.
The Memorial service will be on October 10 at 4:00 p.m. at the
Canyon View Vineyard Church Chapel.

Kathleen Tamara DeWolfe, 31, Grand Junction, died Sept.
5, 2015, at her home. Services are pending with Brown’s Cremation
and Funeral Service.
Ms. DeWolfe was a dental hygienist.
She is survived by her parents Barry and Carole DeWolfe of
Grand Junction; and a sister Sierra Conlon of Grand Junction.
