Mr. Grugel was a master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his mother, Meta Grugel of Watertown, Wisconsin;
one brother, Kenneth of Waterloo, Wisconsin; and two
sisters, Kathleen Purtill of Clifton and Marie Hurt of Le Mars,
Iowa.
