Maurice L. Dale passed away on
Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
He was born August 22, 1931, in
Bartlett, Colorado. Three years
later his parents, Merle and Ethel
Dale, moved to Paonia. He graduated
from Paonia High school in
1949, and spent the next three
years serving in the US Air Force.
Maurice was active in the Masonic
Lodge for 55 years and twice served as President of the Paonia
Rotory Club. He worked 33 years as a Senior Mechanical Design
Engineer for National Defense Contractors like North
American Aviation and Lockheed Missiles and Space Corporation.
He returned to Paonia after his retirement in 1987.
Maurice is survived by a son, Michael Dale, and a daughter,
Charisse Pritchard who both live in California. He is also survived
by loving companion of 20 years, Joyce Grove, of Grand Junction.

Survivors include his companion, Joyce Grove of Grand Junction;
