Johnnette Phillips is the subject of this oral history interview by Walter Gallacher. Johnnette Phillips spent many years as a civil servant in Eagle County, Colorado. She served as Eagle County Clerk & Recorder from 1978 to 1992. In 1992, Phillips was elected Eagle County Commissioner and served in that capacity until 2000.
