A view of the dining room in La Cave, a former French restaurant in Vail. La Cave was opened on New Year's Eve 1963, by Jim Slevin. It was a popular restaurant for dinnertime meals and was located in the basement of the Plaza Lodge. Slevin sold La Cave in 1968 to Peter Cremaris. From the verso, "French and Basque cuisine.
